We can integrate Ringo with member management programs and reservation programs such as MyPlanly, LimeBooking, Cardskipper, etc. to make your work as automated as possible.

Virtual cards for members are created and then automatically updated based on paid membership, age, number of entries, etc. Each member use it via his/hers smart phone. You also have manual control over each virtual card.

Each member can add the virtual card to their mobile wallet for quick entry.

Members can only enter with their phone by placing it near the Ringo reader upon entry (NFC). This also prevents members from cheating, as they must be physically present to enter with their phone, as the virtual card only works on one phone at a time.

If a member doesn’t have a smartphone, a physical nfc card or remote opening can also be arranged.

Managers can use Ringo user interface, which allows you to have a completely transparent overview of each member’s entry.

You also have a manual control over each membership and virtual card, which means that you can cancel certain cards immediately or extend them based on your specific wishes or assign special privileges, such as parking permission.
